Born on June 28, 2002, to Anbarasan M, an auto driver, and Varalakshmi A, a dedicated homemaker, Muthamizhan inherits his passion for kabaddi from his elder brother, Senthamizhan, who once graced the kabaddi courts with his prowess. Embarking on his kabaddi journey at the age of 15, Muthamizhan finds inspiration in his brother's footsteps, drawn to the sport's electrifying pace and strategic maneuvering. Guided by coaches Prasanth V and Yuvaraj R at Valarpirai, Mettupalayam, he refines his skills, with a particular affinity for the Toe Touch technique, which he executes with finesse and precision. Having represented his state at both the Junior and Senior levels in 2022, Muthamizhan's career is punctuated by moments of triumph and challenge.
