Krishna Kanth, born on September 20, 2000, in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, is a valuable member of the Jayachitra Club competing in the YKS TN Clubs 2024 tournament. His father, Rajaraman, is a retired police officer, and his mother, Latha, is a homemaker. Krishna has one elder brother named Bhuvanesh. Krishna's kabaddi journey began at the age of 19 when he joined the Pulivaram Sports Club after watching them play a match. Excelling as a Left Corner Defender, Krishna's best skill is the Double Thigh Hold. He receives coaching from Sameer, who belongs to his club, and he practices at the Pulivalam Sports Club. Fazel Atrachali, an Iranian defender known for his defensive skills, particularly inspires Krishna due to his hard work and skill. Krishna has represented SRM University in the Khelo India University Games in 2023, where they secured a bronze medal. Apart from kabaddi, Krishna enjoys playing basketball and is pursuing a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) first year. Prior to this he completed an MBA in Hospital Management. His future aspiration is to join the Tamil Nadu Police force as a police officer.
