In the YKS TN Clubs 2024 tournament, representing the Nellai Kings is Bharath, born on January 2, 2000, in Kannangulam, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. He currently resides in the same location. Bharath's father, Sangu Ganesan, works in windmill electrical reading, while his mother, Chandrakala, is a homemaker. He has three elder brothers named Shankar, Prabhu, and Ariharan, all of whom also play Kabaddi. Bharath began his Kabaddi journey at the age of 13, drawing inspiration from watching others play near his home. Observing their techniques and strategies, he gradually picked up the sport. As a Right Raider, his specialty lies in the Running Hand Touch. Under the guidance of coach Velmurugan in his village, Bharath received early grooming in Kabaddi. He currently practices at PRIST University, Tanjavur. Bharath admires Naveen Kumar, also known as "Naveen Express," an Indian Kabaddi player, for his attitude both on and off the mat. Bharath has represented in the Junior State Championship in 2020 held in Krishnagiri. His career highlights include winning the Best Raider Award at the All India Harbour Tournament in 2024, showcasing his exceptional skills and talent in the sport. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Bharath's ultimate aspiration is to secure a job through Kabaddi, aligning his passion for the sport with his career goals. His dedication and achievements reflect his commitment to Kabaddi, and he aims to continue excelling in the field.
