Baskaran Yuvaraj

Y Baskaran, born on July 23, 2002, hails from Ranipett, Tamil Nadu, where he currently resides. His late father, N Yuvaraj, was his source of inspiration, and his mother, SudhaY, works as a daily wage laborer to support the family. Baskaran has a younger brother named Thyagarajan Y, who is a professional kabaddi player for the Patna Pirates, specializing as a Left Corner defender. At the age of 14, Baskaran embarked on his kabaddi journey, following in the footsteps of his brother Thyagarajan. He excels as a Left Corner Defender, showcasing his prowess in techniques like the ankle hold. Under the guidance of Coach Madhankumar at PK Sports Foundation in Tirupatthur, Baskaran refines his skills and hones his abilities on the kabaddi mat.
