Arul Vishwanathan

In the YKS TN Clubs 2024 tournament, representing AMKC Gobi, we have Arulkumar V. Born on July 3, 2001, in Ooty, Mettupalayam, Tamil Nadu, Arulkumar currently resides in Thalavaipettai, Erode District. His father, Vishwanathan C, and mother, Valarmathi V, both work as daily wage laborers. He has a younger sister named Haripriya, who doesn't play kabaddi. Arulkumar started playing kabaddi at the age of 13 and specializes as a Left Raider. His best skill on the kabaddi court is the Hand Touch technique. Initially, Arulkumar was coached by his cousin Suryakumar when he started playing kabaddi. He practices at the Thavalaipettai Ground. Arulkumar's favorite kabaddi player is Aslam Inamdar from the Pro Kabaddi League, particularly admiring Aslam's speed and bonus skill. He has represented Veltech University in the South Zone University tournaments in 2022 and 2023. Aside from kabaddi, Arulkumar enjoys playing cricket. He holds a Master's degree in English and aspires to play in the Pro Kabaddi League and secure a job in the Tamil Nadu Police Department.
