Umesh Yevle

Umesh Karbhari Yevle, born on May 27, 2002, in Mantha, Jalna, Maharashtra, currently resides in the same locality. Coming from a farming background, Umesh is the son of Karbhari and Seema, who instilled in him the values of hard work and determination. Raised alongside his younger brother Nitesh, Umesh developed an interest in kabaddi at a young age, around 9 or 10 years old, inspired by the seniors playing in his village. Umesh's journey in kabaddi saw him assume the role of a Right Cover Defender, where he excels in executing the Single Block technique. Under the guidance of coach Panjabrao Wagh, Umesh hones his skills at the village ground in Mantha. Although he doesn't have any formal representations yet, Umesh is determined to make a mark in the sport. Outside of kabaddi, Umesh finds enjoyment in playing cricket locally and aspires to pursue a career in the police force. Currently studying with a focus on entering the police, Umesh remains committed to his goals, driven by his passion for sports and his ambition to serve his community.
