Narayan Vaidya

Narayan Kakasaheb Vaidya, born on September 7, 2002, in Jamkhed, Maharashtra, currently resides in Kingao Jalna. His mother, Taramati Vaidya, is a farmer, while his father, Kakasaheb Vaidya, provides unwavering support to his son's aspirations. Growing up with an elder sister, Pallavi Vaidya, who initially shared his passion for kabaddi, Narayan began his journey in the sport at the age of 14, during his school days. As an All Rounder excelling in both Left Cover and Right Raider positions, Narayan has mastered the art of the Thigh Hold, earning him recognition and respect among his peers. Under the guidance of coach Ambadas Gite at Jija Mata Krida Mandal Jalna, Narayan refines his skills, focusing on his favorite technique, the Hand Touch. Drawing inspiration from kabaddi legend Anup Kumar, Narayan admires his strategic gameplay, especially his prowess in executing bonus moves. Despite his single-minded dedication to kabaddi, Narayan's love for sports transcends beyond any other. Pursuing his college graduation degree in FYBA, he dreams of making a mark in the professional kabaddi circuit, with aspirations to represent his state and ultimately grace the prestigious Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) stage. Narayan's career highlights include a pivotal moment in a local tournament where, trailing by two points with little time left, his decisive move led to a crucial super tackle, clinching victory for his team. With a steadfast determination to excel in sports and carve a path to the PKL arena, Narayan remains resolute in his pursuit of a future enriched by kabaddi.
