Jayesh Bhogle

Jayesh Bhogale, born on March 1, 2003, in Sion, Mumbai, Maharashtra, is a kabaddi player representing Mumbai Shahar in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Coming from a family where his father, Sumant Bhogale, runs a fabrication business and his mother, Swapnali Bhogale, manages the household, Jayesh has pursued his passion for kabaddi with zeal. Growing up with two elder sisters, Samata and Siddhi, both of whom also play kabaddi, Jayesh was introduced to the sport at an early age. He began playing kabaddi seriously at the age of 14, joining his school team and showcasing his skills as an all-rounder. Jayesh excels in both raiding and defending, with his preferred positions being Right Raider and Right Corner. His best skills include executing powerful kicks during raids and employing effective chain tackles in defense. Under the mentorship of coach Milind Kolte at the Ankur Sports Club in Saatrasta, Jayesh has further refined his abilities. His favorite player, Sushant Sail, is admired for his running hand touch technique, which serves as a source of inspiration for Jayesh. Apart from kabaddi, Jayesh also enjoys playing cricket and actively participates in other sports. Despite not having any formal representations yet, Jayesh has already begun making a mark in his career. One of his career highlights includes scoring four tackle points and five raid points in the semi-final of a club match, leading his team to victory. With aspirations to play at the national level, participate in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), and ultimately represent India in kabaddi, Jayesh Bhogale remains focused and determined to achieve his dreams in the sport.
