Dnyaneshwar Munja Shelke, born on June 29, 2004, hails from Parbhani, Maharashtra, and currently resides in Nashik. His father, Munja Shelke, is engaged in business, while his mother, Rekha Munja Shelke, is a homemaker. Growing up with his elder sister, Mohit Munja Shelke, Dnyaneshwar discovered his love for kabaddi at the age of 13, during his school days. As an all-rounder, Dnyaneshwar excels in both left corner and left raider positions, showcasing his versatility on the mat. His expertise lies in executing precise chain tackles and swift kicks, making him a formidable opponent. Under the guidance of his coaches Kiran Gunjal, Ram Umavat, and Shekhar Ahire, he hones his skills at the Shree Sai Sports Club in Nashik. Dnyaneshwar draws inspiration from kabaddi players Shabbir Bapur and Akash Shinde, admiring Shabbir's raiding skills and Akash's agility in executing kicks. Beyond kabaddi, Dnyaneshwar has a keen interest in cricket and actively participates in other sports. Currently pursuing his college graduation degree in FY.
