Suhas Yuvaraj Babar, born on August 26, 2006, in Bhum, Dharashiv District, Maharashtra, is a promising kabaddi player currently residing in the same locality. His father, Yuvraj Babar, is involved in real estate and constructions, while his mother, Vaishali, is a dedicated homemaker. Suhas has two elder sisters, Sonali and Monali, neither of whom share his passion for kabaddi. Suhas's journey in the world of kabaddi commenced at the age of 13, where he discovered his innate talent for the sport. As an All Rounder, he excels in both the positions of Right Raider and Right Cover Defender, showcasing his versatility on the kabaddi mat. Under the tutelage of coaches Amar Supekar, Santosh Shahir, and Rupesh Shendge, Suhas hones his skills at the Shivneri Sport Club in Bhum, Dharashiv. Admiring the speed and skill of Arjun Deshwal, Suhas aspires to emulate his favorite player's success on the kabaddi field. Despite his siblings not sharing his passion for kabaddi, Suhas continues to pursue his dreams relentlessly. Having represented his school in the Under-19 School Games in Satara, 2023, where they secured the top position, Suhas has already showcased his potential at a competitive level. Apart from kabaddi, Suhas enjoys playing badminton and actively participates in other sports. Currently studying in the 11th standard, he harbors aspirations of making a mark in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) and securing a job in the police force. One of his notable career highlights includes leading his team to victory in the Under-19 Taluka, Kolhapur, 2023, where they defeated an undefeated opposition. With determination and perseverance, Suhas strives to carve a successful career in both kabaddi and his chosen profession.
