Swabhiman Dhananjay Shinde, born on October 23, 2004, in Paranda, Osmanabad District, Maharashtra, is a rising star in the world of kabaddi, distinguished by his agility and remarkable jumping prowess. Hailing from a family of farmers, with his father Dhananjay and mother Reshma tending to their agricultural pursuits, Swabhiman discovered his passion for kabaddi at the age of 14. Excelling as a Right Cover Defender, Swabhiman's ability to leap with finesse sets him apart on the kabaddi court, a skill he attributes to his idol, Pawan Sehrawat, known for his exceptional jumps. Under the mentorship of coaches Sachin Patil and Deepak Ovhal at the Kranti Career Academy in Paranda, Swabhiman refines his techniques, with a particular affinity for executing rapid dashes during crucial moments of the game.
