Ravi Dhumal

Ravi Hanumant Dhumal, born on June 1, 2003, in Dharashiv, Maharashtra, is a promising kabaddi player with a penchant for defensive maneuvers, particularly the ankle hold. Residing in Wagholi Dharashiv, Maharashtra, Ravi is the son of Hanumant Dhumal, and Nilavati Dhumal, a dedicated homemaker. He is also blessed with three elder sisters, Sarika, Nita, and Rohini, who provide constant support and encouragement. Ravi's journey in kabaddi commenced at the age of 13 when he started playing the sport during his school days. Under the mentorship of his coach, Amarnath Raut, Ravi honed his skills as a Right Corner Defender, specializing in the effective execution of ankle holds, which has become his signature move on the kabaddi mat. Inspired by the prowess of Shubham Shinde, known for his exceptional ankle hold technique, Ravi idolizes him for his defensive prowess and strives to emulate his success in the sport. Apart from kabaddi, Ravi harbors a keen interest in cricket, reflecting his multifaceted sporting passion and dedication to athletic excellence.
