Saurav Maid

Saurav Maid, born on November 7, 2003, in Takalibhan, Maharashtra, is a promising kabaddi player representing the Ahmednagar District team in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Hailing from a family where his father, Kishor, runs a jewellery shop, and his mother, Subhadra, is a homemaker, Saurav found his passion for kabaddi at the age of 15, inspired by the remarkable skills of Aslam Inamdar. Primarily known for his prowess as a left cover defender, Saurav possesses a unique talent for executing running chains with finesse, making him a valuable asset on the kabaddi court. Under the guidance of his coach Rahul Kokane, Saurav trains diligently at the Sai Academy in Takalibhan, honing his skills and refining his gameplay. While kabaddi remains his primary focus, Saurav also enjoys cricket and actively participates in other sports. Aspiring to represent the nation on the kabaddi stage, Saurav's dedication to the sport drives him towards his goal of donning the Indian jersey one day.
