Saurav Maid, born on November 7, 2003, in Takalibhan, Maharashtra, is a promising kabaddi player representing the Ahmednagar District team in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Hailing from a family where his father, Kishor, runs a jewellery shop, and his mother, Subhadra, is a homemaker, Saurav found his passion for kabaddi at the age of 15, inspired by the remarkable skills of Aslam Inamdar. Primarily known for his prowess as a left cover defender, Saurav possesses a unique talent for executing running chains with finesse, making him a valuable asset on the kabaddi court. Under the guidance of his coach Rahul Kokane, Saurav trains diligently at the Sai Academy in Takalibhan, honing his skills and refining his gameplay.
