Ashish Brijlal Yadav, born on June 19, 2001, in Jonpur, Uttar Pradesh, currently resides in Shrirampur, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, where his family relocated due to his father's job in the milk business. Coming from a supportive family, with his father Brijlal Yadav and mother Sudhama Yadav, Ashish found his passion for kabaddi at the age of 16. As a right raider, Ashish demonstrates remarkable agility and speed, making him a formidable opponent on the kabaddi court. His signature move, the dash, allows him to swiftly maneuver past defenders and score points for his team. Under the guidance of coaches Take, Shantanu Pandav, and Ravi Gade, Ashish refines his skills at the Nagar Wadia Park Stadium in Shrirampur. Outside of kabaddi, Ashish finds inspiration in cricket and admires Saurabh Chandrashekhar Raut, a fellow player who motivates and supports him. Saurabh's achievements at the state level, winning the second position for Ahmednagar, serve as a source of encouragement for Ashish. Despite notching impressive achievements in kabaddi, including winning gold at the Under 16 Pyka Nationals in Sangamner in 2015, Ashish's aspirations extend further. He aims to compete at the national level, eventually making his mark in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), and securing a government job. With his dedication and talent, Ashish is poised to achieve great success in both his sporting and professional endeavors.
