Gajenthiramoorthi M hails from Ettaiyapuram, Thoothukudi, born on October 29, 2003, into a farming family led by his father Murugesan K and mother Selvabharathi. With an elder sister named Karthika, Gajenthiramoorthi found inspiration in Kabaddi through his cousin brother's involvement in the sport. Discovering his passion for Kabaddi at the age of 17, Gajenthiramoorthi emerged as a versatile player, excelling as an All-Rounder with proficiency in both the left raider and right corner positions. Under the guidance of Coach Rajamani at Karpagam University, Coimbatore, he polished his skills, with a penchant for executing precise Bonus moves and Thigh holds. His admiration for Kabaddi legend Pardeep Narwal stems from childhood, watching him dominate the field. Gajenthiramoorthi's journey in the sport includes representations at the Junior State level in Thoothukudi and for Karpagam University in 2023. A memorable highlight of his career came in a match against Delta Vadur in Cuddalore in 2022, where Gajenthiramoorthi, playing for Karpagam, showcased his prowess by scoring a super 10. Currently pursuing his B.Com degree, Gajenthiramoorthi harbors aspirations of competing in the Pro Kabaddi League, driven by his love for the sport and determination to excel at the highest level. Alongside Kabaddi, he enjoys playing cricket and continues to strive for greatness in both sports.
