Elanthendral Elancheliyan

In the YKS TN Clubs 2024 tournament, representing the PRIST University team, we have Elanthendral E. Born on August 7, 2000, in Tanjavoor, Tamil Nadu, he currently resides in Vaduvur, Thiruvarur District. Elanthendral's father, Elanchlayan T, works as a farmer, while his mother, Vembarsi E, is a homemaker. He has a younger brother named Tamilthendral and a younger sister named Baakiyasree, both of whom do not play kabaddi. Elanthendral began playing kabaddi at the age of 10, specializing in the role of a Right Raider, with his best skill being the hand touch. Under the guidance of Coach Rahul, a kabaddi player at SAI, Mylattudurai, who also works in the Tamil Nadu Police Department, Elanthendral hones his skills at the Puthugai Friends Club in Vaduvur. He admires Pawan Sehrawat, a renowned player in the Pro Kabaddi League, for his skills, particularly his jumping ability, as they both play as right raiders. Elanthendral has represented his district and school in various tournaments, including the Yuva Kabaddi Series Winter 2023 and Monsoon Edition 2023 as part of the Palani Tuskers team, Senior State tournaments in 2021 and 2023 representing the Thiruvarur District team, and the School District Nationals representing the National Higher Secondary School team. Apart from kabaddi, Elanthendral enjoys playing cricket. He has completed a diploma and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English. His aspirations include playing in the Pro Kabaddi League and representing the Indian Kabaddi Team, along with securing a job in the government sector, particularly in the Tamil Nadu Police Department.
