Born on August 4, 2004, in the vibrant city of Pondicherry, this passionate kabaddi player has always been inspired by those around him. Growing up in a modest family, with his father, Veerapandian, and mother, Suguna, both working diligently as laborers, he learned the values of hard work and determination from an early age. With an elder sister named Sindhu, family support has been an essential part of his journey. He first picked up a kabaddi mat at twelve, captivated by the excitement and skill of players from his village. Today, he proudly identifies as an all-rounder, showcasing his talent as both a right raider and a left corner defender. Under the guidance of his coach, Sekar, he practices diligently at SRM University in Chennai. His favorite skill? Jump, of course! His admiration for coach Sekar highlights his dedication to mastering the art of the game. His journey took him to various competitions, including his participation in the Sub Junior Nationals in 2019 and the Junior Nationals in 2023-24. Though he hasn't brought home medals yet, his aspirations to represent India and the Pro Kabaddi League shine brightly. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, nurturing his dreams with every step.
