Sahil Shahaji Patil, born on April 10, 2004, hails from Parite, Maharashtra, and currently resides in Hawali Budruk. Raised in a family of farmers, Sahil is the son of Shahaji Patil and Sangeeta Shahaji Patil, who is a homemaker. He has an elder brother, Adhinath Shahaji Patil, who also shares his passion for kabaddi. Discovering his love for kabaddi during his school days at the age of 13, Sahil's journey in the sport began as a right raider. His innate talent lies in executing bonus moves, making him a formidable opponent on the mat. Under the guidance of his coach, Sangram Patil, Sahil trains rigorously at the Shivmurda Kabaddi Club to hone his skills further. Sahil draws inspiration from kabaddi stalwart Aslam Inamdar, particularly admiring his prowess in executing bonus moves. Despite pursuing a college graduation degree in FY.BA, Sahil remains dedicated to his kabaddi career, aspiring to represent India on the international stage. His career highlights include being recognized as the best raider in a memorable match at Mahabaleshwar. With unwavering determination and a passion for the sport, Sahil strives to achieve his dream of donning the Indian jersey and making his mark in the world of kabaddi.
