Shivkumar Ravindra Borgude, born on February 11, 2003, hails from Niphad, Nashik, Maharashtra, and currently resides in Naitale, Nashik. Born into a family rooted in agriculture and entrepreneurship, Shivkumar draws inspiration from his father, Ravindra Borgude, who manages both farming and business distribution, and his mother, Ujwala Borgude, who diligently tends to their household responsibilities. Discovering his passion for kabaddi during his college years at the age of 18, Shivkumar found himself drawn to the spirited games played on campus. Encouraged by his younger brother, Sanket Borgude, who shares his love for the sport, Shivkumar embarked on his kabaddi journey, swiftly mastering the art of being an All-Rounder, excelling in both the Left Corner and Right Raider positions. Under the expert guidance of coach Dattu Rayte at Krida Pramodini Nashik, Shivkumar refined his skills, with a particular emphasis on his Bonus technique, a skill he attributes to his favorite player, Aslam Inamdar. Having received personal training from Aslam himself, Shivkumar admires his mentor's prowess in executing effective Bonus moves. Despite his dedication to sports, Shivkumar remains committed to his academic pursuits, pursuing a degree in SY BSC, laying the groundwork for a well-rounded future. One of the highlights of Shivkumar's career came during the last Yuba Series, where he clinched the silver medal, a testament to his hard work and dedication to the sport.
