Yuvraj Gaware

Yuvraj Navnath Gaware, born on December 16, 2005, hails from Rahuri, Maharashtra, and currently resides in Shrirampur. Coming from a family with a farming background, Yuvraj is the son of Navnath Gaware and Varsha Navnath Gaware, who have always been supportive of his pursuits. With a younger sister, Ishwari Navnath Gaware, though not involved in kabaddi, they provide Yuvraj with constant encouragement. Yuvraj's journey in kabaddi began during his college years at the age of 16, where he discovered his passion for the sport. Specializing as a left corner defender, he is known for his impeccable ankle hold technique on the mat. Under the guidance of coach Shantanu Pandav at Jay Hind Sport Club Shrirampur, Yuvraj continues to hone his skills and tactics. Inspired by the back kick prowess of Akash Shinde, Yuvraj aims to emulate similar techniques in his gameplay. Despite having represented at the Junior State level in 2023, Yuvraj remains driven to achieve greater heights in kabaddi. Alongside pursuing his college graduation degree in FY BCS, Yuvraj harbors aspirations of playing in the Pro Kabaddi League in the future. With his determination, dedication, and love for the sport, Yuvraj Navnath Gaware is poised to leave a mark in the world of kabaddi.
