Sachin Jagbir

Meet Sachin, a vibrant young kabaddi player from the small village of Ahri in Jhajjar, Haryana, born on May 25, 2007. He grew up in a loving household with his mother, Reena, and two elder sisters, Bhavna and Priya. With sports running in his family, it was his uncle, Surender Nada, who ignited his passion for kabaddi at the tender age of ten. Now a Right Corner Defender, Sachin trains under the watchful eye of his uncle in their hometown. His favorite skill? The dive! He practices tirelessly to master this technique, hoping to emulate his idol, Surender Nada. Sachin's dedication truly shone when he participated in the Khelo India Youth Games in 2022, competing in junior state competitions. With dreams of becoming an international kabaddi player, Sachin pours his energy into training while juggling his studies, currently finishing up to the 12th standard. His roots are firmly embedded in Haryana, and each practice session brings him one step closer to his ambitious goal. As he continues to hone his skills and embrace the sport he loves, Sachin is not just a player; he's a rising star with an exciting future ahead in kabaddi.
