Meet Bablu, a promising kabaddi talent hailing from Raipur, Mohali, Punjab. Born on March 14, 2002, he grew up in a family that deeply values education; his mother, Karamjit Kaur, is a dedicated teacher who has always encouraged him to pursue his passions. It was during his school days at just 15 years old, after observing his classmates engage in the game, that Bablu felt his calling and began his kabaddi journey. Under the mentorship of coach Ramesh Rana at the Maloya Coaching Centre in Chandigarh, Bablu honed his skills, particularly excelling with his signature move: the hand touch. As a left raider, his aggressive style brings a dynamic flair to the court, and he dreams of making a name for himself in the Pro Kabaddi League. Inspired by the exceptional Maninder Singh, Bablu strives to emulate his idol's skills and work ethic. Throughout his journey, he has proudly represented Chandigarh in both Junior and Senior National Championships, clinching a bronze medal in the latter—a testament to his dedication and talent. Balancing sports with his education, Bablu has completed his studies up to the 12th standard. With his eyes set on the future, he is excited about the road ahead, fully determined to elevate his kabaddi career to the next level.
