Pankaj, a vibrant young talent born on April 24, 2004, in Rohtak, Haryana, has quickly become a name to watch in the kabaddi world. His journey began at the tender age of 14, when he first witnessed a thrilling kabaddi match that ignited his passion for the sport. It wasn't long before he took the leap, moving to Sonipat to pursue his dreams at the renowned Sandeep Narwal Kabaddi Academy. Growing up in a loving family, Pankaj draws strength from his father, Jorawar, who works tirelessly in farming, and his mother, Reena, who manages the household. Even without siblings, he finds motivation through their unwavering support, which fuels his determination. Playing as a left cover defender, he's particularly skilled at the thigh hold—a technique he practices with fervor, inspired by his favorite player, international kabaddi star Sandeep Narwal. Though Pankaj is yet to step onto the national or international stage, his aspirations reach high. He dreams of joining the Pro Kabaddi League, where he hopes to showcase his talent and dedication.
