Deepak was born on November 16, 2004, in Nagaur, Rajasthan, where he still resides today. Growing up in a close-knit family having his father Laximinarayan and mother Geeta, with two elder sisters, Monika and Sonu, he was always surrounded by love and support. It all began at the age of 16. Inspired by the matches he watched in the Pro Kabaddi League, Deepak discovered his passion for kabaddi at school. Taking the first steps into this dynamic sport, he fell in love with it and decided to pursue it seriously. He has been training under coach Sohanlal Godara at the Nagaur Stadium, honing his skills as a right raider. His favorite technique? The hand touch, which he is mastering quite well. Deepak’s journey has been marked by important milestones, including his impressive performance in the Junior Nationals in Hyderabad in 2024, where he played a crucial role in securing a silver medal for Rajasthan. With dreams of continuing to develop his skills, he aims to train hard and reach new heights in kabaddi. As a first-year Bachelor of Arts student, he balances his studies with his passion for sports, and he always finds motivation in his favorite player, Pawan Sehrawat. Deepak is determined to keep progressing and making a name for himself in the kabaddi arena.
