Born on August 13, 2003, in the quaint town of Madhopur, Bihar, this spirited player has always had a flair for sports. Growing up in a close-knit family with five elder brothers and one sister, he was surrounded by encouragement. His father, Binay Bhushan Pandey, works in a press while his mother, Sudha Devi, takes care of the home. With a love for Hindi, English, and Sanskrit, he’s a bright spark in the classroom too, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science and entering his third year. His interest in kabaddi ignited at the age of 16 after watching a thrilling match on television. It was an instant connection—he was captivated by the sport and immediately took to the mat. Now a dedicated right raider, he trains rigorously at the Dev Kabaddi Academy in Patna under the guidance of his coach, Rupender Singh. His favorite move is the hand touch, a skill that reflects his agility and strategic thinking on the field. Though he hasn’t yet made waves at national or international levels, he took part in the Circle Style Kabaddi Senior Nationals in 2022 and 2024, where he gained invaluable experience. Inspired by the legendary Ajay Thakur, he dreams of showcasing his talent in the Pro Kabaddi League someday. With that fire in his belly, there's no doubt his journey has just begun.
