Meet Tarun T D, a talented young kabaddi player from Chikmaglur in Karnataka. Born on September 12, 2003, he grew up in a household filled with love and support. His father, Devraj T R, runs a local hotel, while his mother, Savitha T N, dedicates her time to managing the home. Tarun has an elder brother, Karthik. Tarun’s journey into kabaddi began at the tender age of 11, sparked by the thrilling sight of local players showcasing their skills in his village. Inspired by their agility, he decided to take up the sport himself. His preferred position on the team is that of a Right Raider, where his favorite skill—leaping—shines brilliantly. Under the guidance of his coach, Manjuraj Aras, he practices diligently at the local district field, shaping his talents day by day. Currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Tarun aspires to carve out a future in kabaddi, with dreams of playing in the Pro Kabaddi League and securing a job in the sport he loves. With a favorite player like Ajay Thakur, known for his gifted bonus and hand touch skills, Tarun is well on his way to making an impact in the kabaddi world.
