Abhishek, born on September 8, 2005, in Rohtak, has always had a spark for kabaddi. Growing up in a close-knit family where his father, Rajesh, is a farmer and his mother, Poonam, is a homemaker, he found his passion early on, diving into the sport at the tender age of six. His early days were filled with playing kabaddi with friends and older kids, honing his skills in the vibrant setting of Nandan village. With his mentor, Rajesh Sharma, a respected figure and former player in the village, Abhishek has trained diligently for the past nine years. Together, they have developed a strong bond based on mutual respect and love for the game. Abhishek, who plays as a Left Raider, particularly enjoys executing the Bonus skill, and looks up to Aslam Inamdar for inspiration, as they share the same position on the field. A memorable moment in his budding career was during a significant tournament in Tamil Nadu, where he led his team to victory in a nail-biting finale. Looking ahead, Abhishek dreams of playing in the Pro Kabaddi League, motivated by his coach's unwavering belief in his talent. He also balances his sports journey with education, planning to continue his studies after a brief break. Kabaddi is not just a sport for him; it's a dream he is passionately chasing!
