Ritik Vikas Kholapure, born on December 30, 2000, in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, has always been an inspiring athlete. Growing up in a supportive family, with his father Vikas working as a laborer and his mother Madhuri taking care of their home, Ritik learned the value of hard work early on. He shares his home with a younger sister, Ridhi, who looks up to him. Ritik’s journey into kabaddi began at the young age of 14 while playing in school. Trained under the watchful eye of Coach Nilesh Madwe at the Shree Saibaba Club in Chandrapur, he honed his craft, especially excelling in the right cover defender position. His favorite skill, the "Die," and his remarkable chain block technique have garnered him much recognition, particularly during the Vidarbha league, where he bagged the title of best player. A fan of cricket as well, Ritik finds motivation in the agility and energy of Aslam Inamdar, one of his favorite players. With aspirations of joining the Police Department in the future, he balances his dreams while holding a college graduation degree in Commerce. Ritik’s journey is just beginning, and his passion for kabaddi continues to fuel his ambition.
