Aditya Madhukar Thorat, hailing from the vibrant town of Chandrapur in Maharashtra, has always shown an innate passion for sports. Born on September 19, 2003, he grew up in a loving family with his mother, Sumitra, a homemaker, and his father, Madhukar, who supports the family in other ways. Aditya shares a close bond with his elder sister, Kalyani, though she doesn't share his enthusiasm for kabaddi. Inspired to pick up the sport at the age of 18 while watching others play in his hometown, Aditya quickly found his stride as a Left Raider. His dedication and talent soon caught the attention of coach Gurudev Sopankar at the Tagor Sporting Club. Known for his impressive bouncing skills, Aditya often cites Aslam Inamdar as his favorite player, attributing his admiration to his exceptional ability to bounce during raids. His kabaddi journey has already seen him represent his district in state-level matches in Akola and Bhandara, where he played a pivotal role in helping his team clinch victory with a crucial raid. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in his Second Year, Aditya aspires to take his talents to the Pro Kabaddi League, aiming to make a lasting impact on the sport he loves.
