Meet Santosh Kumar, a dynamic kabaddi player from the beautiful city of Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. Born on March 23, 2000, he comes from a loving family that has been his stronghold throughout his journey. His father, Kudanji Nadan, is a dedicated teacher at a government school, while his mother, Indra Nadan, has been a wonderful homemaker. He has two elder siblings – Gayatri, a teacher, and Vijay, who introduced him to the exciting world of kabaddi. Santosh's adventure into kabaddi began in school at the age of eighteen, where his natural talent quickly surfaced. Under the watchful eye of Coach Alok for two pivotal years, he developed a particular affinity for raiding, mastering the electrifying running hand touch. Ajay Thakur, his favorite player, serves as both his inspiration and a model he aspires to emulate in his own game. Though Santosh initially worked as a sports teacher, he decided to dedicate himself fully to kabaddi, training tirelessly at TT Nagar Stadium. Now, he’s excited to represent Madhya Pradesh in the Yuva Kabaddi Series, all while pursuing his Bachelor of Physical Education degree. With dreams of playing in the Pro Kabaddi League, Santosh is on a promising path, driven by passion and determination.
