Lal Singh is a rising star in the kabaddi world, born on November 28, 2001, in the tranquil village of Nehcha, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Growing up in a supportive family, with his father serving as a Superintendent of Police in the Forest Department and his mother as a dedicated homemaker, Lal always had a strong foundation to follow his ambitions. He shares his home with an elder brother and sister, both of whom are not involved in kabaddi. Lal's journey into kabaddi began at the age of 18, inspired by his favorite player, Maninder Singh. The passion he developed for the game quickly became evident as he honed skills like the jump and dubki, becoming particularly fond of the running hand touch. Currently, he trains at Krishna Kabaddi Academy under the guidance of coaches Sunny Sharma and Sandeep, where he continues to refine his abilities. One of the highlights of Lal’s career so far was meeting the legendary Pardeep Narwal in Rindhana, a moment that fueled his aspirations even further. With an eye on the future, Lal dreams of making it big in the Pro Kabaddi League, where he hopes to carve out a successful career.
