Born on July 23, 2005, in the serene district of Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh, Bheman Dhruw hails from a family dedicated to farming. With his father, Mohan Singh, working tirelessly in the fields and his mother, Jageswari, caring for the household, Bheman's upbringing was steeped in strong family values. He has two siblings, an elder brother named Yuvraj and a sister named Salma, both of whom have played a significant role in shaping his love for sports. Watching Yuvraj dive into the world of kabaddi ignited Bheman's passion for the game, leading him to join the mats at just 15 years old. With training sessions guided by his father and brother in their village, Bheman quickly developed his skills as an all-rounder. He particularly excels as a right raider and left cover defender, but it’s the excitement of executing running hand touches that truly brings him joy. Inspired by the swift moves of his favorite player, Ajit Chouhan, Bheman admires the rapidity and finesse required to snatch bonuses in the game. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts program, Bheman aspires to compete in the Pro Kabaddi League and proudly represent India on the international stage. With unwavering determination and the solid support of his family, he's poised to carve out his own legacy in the vibrant world of kabaddi.
