Jayvardhan Komalsing Girase, born on August 21, 2002, in Suray, Dhule, Maharashtra, currently resides in Shirpur, Dhule. Growing up in a family with strong agricultural roots, Jayvardhan found his passion for kabaddi at an early age, inspired by watching his schoolmates play the sport during his 6th standard. Under the supportive guidance of his parents, Komalsing Girase, a farmer, and Kavita Girase, a dedicated homemaker, Jayvardhan embarked on his kabaddi journey by joining his school team, marking the beginning of his remarkable sporting career. As a versatile All-Rounder, Jayvardhan excels in various positions, demonstrating prowess in both left corner defense and right raiding. His standout skills include impeccable ankle holds and strategic bonus maneuvers, making him a valuable asset on the kabaddi court. Under the mentorship of coach Bhushan Chavan at Shivtej Krida Mandal, Shirpur, Jayvardhan refines his techniques and harnesses his potential to its fullest. Jayvardhan's dedication and talent have earned him notable accolades, including representations at the State and University levels, showcasing his prowess and commitment to the sport. Among his role models, Jayvardhan holds Anup Kumar in high esteem, particularly admiring the veteran's mastery of bonus moves, earning him the moniker "Bonus ka Badshaah." Outside of kabaddi, Jayvardhan indulges in volleyball, displaying his versatility in multiple sports. Pursuing his college graduation degree in BSc (2nd year), he harbors aspirations of securing a position in the Police force, driven by his desire to serve his community and contribute to society.
