Aman Lalotra was born on March 5, 2002, in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, where the scenic beauty ignited his spirit. Growing up in a nurturing household, his father Thirth Ram serves in a government position, while his mother, Madhu Devi, dedicates herself to their family. With the unwavering support of his elder brother, Vishal, and sister, Shivani, Aman cultivated his dreams alongside his studies. His journey into the world of kabaddi began at the age of 15, when he was captivated while watching senior players display their impressive skills on the mat. This newfound fascination led him to join the DBP Sports Club in RS Pura, where he trained under the guidance of Sudesh Kumar Raina. As a Right Cover Defender, Aman discovered his favorite move, the dash, which perfectly complements his energetic playing style. He draws inspiration from kabaddi star Sunil Malik, whose remarkable skills motivate him to improve. Having made his mark in the YKS Winter edition in 2022 and the YKS Monsoon edition in 2023 with the Tadoba Tigers, Aman is eager to elevate his game further. With dreams of representing India in the Asian Games, he balances his recent Bachelor of Arts degree with his kabaddi aspirations, ready to take the sport by storm.
