Muthueswara Pandian, born on February 14, 2002, in the lively city of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, has always been surrounded by love and support from his family. As the youngest of four siblings, he shares a unique bond with his elder sisters, K Kalishwari and K Gangeshwari, along with his older brother, K Muthuvel Pandian. His brother not only shares his love for kabaddi but also plays a crucial role in mentoring him. Growing up, Muthueswara's parents—the late P Kathir Vel, a painter, and K Lakshmi, a housewife—instilled a strong work ethic and dedication in him. Muthueswara's passion for kabaddi ignited at the age of 14. With his father as his first coach, he began refining his skills, particularly his signature move, the ankle hold. Now he trains at the BJ Brothers Club in Coimbatore under the watchful eye of his brother. He proudly dons the position of Left Corner Defender, always eager to push his limits and excel. A standout moment in Muthueswara's journey so far has been his participation in the Yuva Kabaddi Series. With dreams of representing India at the Asian Games, he draws inspiration from one of his idols, Ajay Thakur, a renowned raider and captain. With unwavering determination and the encouragement of his family, Muthueswara is excited about what the future holds in the world of kabaddi.
