Born on October 18, 2004, in the bustling city of Ludhiana, Punjab, Manpreet Singh is a young kabaddi player whose journey is one of sheer determination and love for the game. Growing up in a nurturing environment, with his father, Rattan Lal, running a business and his mother, Ranjeet Kaur, managing the household, Manpreet developed a passion for kabaddi at just twelve years old. Inspired by the performances of senior players, he stepped onto the mat with dreams in his heart. Currently residing in Talwara, Fatehgarh Sahib, Manpreet excels as a Left Corner Defender, where his favorite skill, the ankle hold, truly shines. Under the guidance of his coach, Gurmeet Singh, he has already begun to make his mark, showcasing his talent at the Sub Junior Nationals and the Under 19 School Games in 2022. These accomplishments are a testament to his hard work and unwavering commitment to the sport. Looking forward, Manpreet aspires to compete in the Pro Kabaddi League and represent India on an international stage.
