Born on October 10, 2006, in the vibrant town of Giridi, Jharkhand, this young kabaddi enthusiast has been chasing his dreams with vigor since childhood. Growing up in Koderma, he was inspired not only by the thrilling sport itself but also by the strong foundation his family provided. His father, Pankaj Kumar, works in service, while his mother, Pratima Devi, plays a pivotal role at home. He’s a proud sibling to an elder sister, Beauty Kumari, and an elder brother named Rohit, whose own school days in kabaddi planted early seeds of ambition. This aspiring player started his journey in kabaddi at just ten years old. He has been faithful to the sport ever since, training diligently at the JJ College ground in Koderma under the guidance of coaches Suni Kumar Saw and Dharmendra Sahu. What sets him apart is his notable skill in the Strength Push and his fondness for the Dubki—a move that showcases his agility and reflexes. A current undergraduate student in his First Year of Bachelor of Arts, he balances academics with his passion for sports. His participation in events like the East Zone University Games and SGFI shows his commitment to taking his game to the next level. He dreams of playing professionally, representing India on an international stage, and drawing inspiration from players like Naveen Kumar Goyat, whom he admires for both his skills and calm demeanor.
