Tamilmani, born on September 3, 2001, originates from Kundrathur, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. His father, Sounderrajan, works as a farmer, while his mother, Vimala, manages their household. He has an elder brother named Kalaimani, who shares his interest in Kabaddi and has played for Seven Brothers Ambattur. Beginning his Kabaddi journey at the age of 18, Tamilmani is an adaptable All-Rounder, proficient in both Right Raider and Right Corner Defender positions. His signature move is the Toe Touch, allowing him to score crucial points during matches. Under the guidance of his coach, Damodharan from Jai Bhavani Perambur, Tamilmani hones his skills at various training grounds including Dunlop Ground, GK Shetty Vidyalaya Ground, and Nazareth College Ground.
