R. Santhosh

In the YKS TN Clubs 2024 tournament, representing the Sivagangai Warriors, we have R Santhosh. Born on August 23, 2005, in Vaduvur (Tiruvarur), Tamil Nadu, Santhosh currently resides in the same place. His father, S Ravichandran, works as a farmer, cultivating wheat and rice, while his mother, Neelvizhi, is a homemaker. He has a younger brother named Deva dharsan, who also plays kabaddi near their house. Santhosh began playing kabaddi at the age of 12 and primarily operates as a left raider. His skill set includes a strong jump, toe touch, and left kick. He is coached by Soundarajan and practices in Vaduvur. His favorite player is Aslam Inamdar, whom he admires for his pace and excellent bonus skills. Santhosh has represented his junior state and his school state in kabaddi. Aside from kabaddi, Santhosh was involved in athletics, particularly in track events. Currently, he is pursuing a college graduation degree in BA Sociology and aspires to represent India in kabaddi and play in the Pro Kabaddi league in the future.
