Siva, born on April 16, 2003, originates from Krishnarayapuram, Karur, Tamil Nadu. His father, Loganathan, has passed away, and his mother, Uma, works as a daily wage laborer. Siva has an elder brother named Surya. Starting his Kabaddi journey at the age of 12, Siva specializes as a Left Corner Defender, excelling particularly in the art of the ankle hold. Under the mentorship of Gokul, a former U Mumba pro Kabaddi player, he hones his skills at the PVK sports club ground and his home ground in Krishnarayapuram. Siva draws inspiration from Fazel Atrachali, an Iranian Kabaddi player known for his exceptional chain tackles, solo tackles, and ankle holds. While Kabaddi remains his primary passion, Siva also enjoys playing cricket, albeit as an average player. His Kabaddi accolades include participation in the Junior State team for Karur and achieving the 1st runner-up position in the School Divisional tournament. Notable highlights of his career include securing a victory in Salem through a super tackle against the opponent. With aspirations of becoming a Sub Inspector and armed with a BA Tamil degree completed in 2024, Siva remains a shy player but gains confidence with the support of his team officials, gearing up to showcase his skills in the Yuva Kabaddi arena.
