Lokesh Vikas Patil, born on May 17, 2004, in Savada, Jalgaon, Maharashtra, is a promising kabaddi player representing the Nanded District team in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Currently residing in Anandnagar, Nanded, Maharashtra, Lokesh's journey in kabaddi began during his 7th standard at school, where he participated in inter-school matches, sparking his interest in the sport. Hailing from a family with a farming background, Lokesh is supported by his parents, Vikas Patil and Ujjwala Patil. He has an elder sister named Tejal Patil, who does not play kabaddi. Despite not having siblings interested in the sport, Lokesh's passion for kabaddi led him to become an All Rounder, proficient in both the Left Corner and Right Raider positions. Under the guidance of his coach Ayup Pathan at the SM Patel Foundation in Nanded, Lokesh has honed his skills, specializing in back holds and dubki moves. He draws inspiration from kabaddi player Pankaj Mohite, admiring not only his raiding skills but also his personality. Lokesh's achievements include representing Nanded at the state level in 2023, where he showcased his talent by executing a super tackle against the Pimpri Chinchwad team. His career highlights demonstrate his prowess and contribution to his team's success. Outside of kabaddi, Lokesh enjoys playing cricket at the local level. Currently, he is focusing on preparing for the NEET exam alongside his kabaddi pursuits, aiming to balance his academic and sporting ambitions effectively. With a determination to excel, Lokesh aspires to play for the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), aiming to compete at the highest level and fulfill his dreams in the sport of kabaddi.
