Hailing from a family deeply rooted in agriculture, with his father Dipak Pandhare tending to farming duties and his mother Alka Pandhare managing their household, Kapil found his passion for kabaddi during his school days. With a natural inclination towards sports, Kapil began his kabaddi journey at the age of 14, showcasing his prowess as an All-Rounder with proficiency in both offensive and defensive roles.
