Shubham Repe

Shubham Repe, born on November 11, 2006, in Nipani, Karnataka, is a kabaddi player representing the Kolhapur team in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Despite being born in Karnataka, his family currently resides in Kagal, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Shubham's father, Krushnat Repe, and mother, Rekha Repe, are both farmers. He has an elder sister named Aruna. Shubham's interest in kabaddi sparked at the age of 14 when he watched the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), which fueled his passion for the sport. He is an all-rounder player, proficient in playing as both a left corner and right raider. His best skills include Bonus and Dive techniques, which he hones under the guidance of his coach, KS Mane, at the Jay Hanuman Krida Mandal in Bachni, Kolhapur. Shubham admires Aslam Inamdar for his speed, bonus skill, and footwork on the kabaddi court. Apart from kabaddi, he also enjoys playing football. Shubham's career highlights include representing his state in the Sub-Junior State tournament in 2019, where his team secured the 3rd position. One of his most cherished memories is participating in this tournament. His future aspirations include playing in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) and securing a job related to kabaddi. Shubham's dedication to the sport and his ambition to excel further highlight his commitment to kabaddi.
