Omraj Krushna Ukharde, born on March 16, 2006, in Temburne, Maharashtra, is a promising kabaddi player representing Jalna District in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Hailing from a family background rooted in business, with his father, Krushna Ukharde, engaged in business travel and his mother, Meera Krushna Ukharde, dedicated to homemaking, Omraj found his passion for kabaddi during his school years. Inspired by the camaraderie and competitive spirit of the sport, Omraj began his kabaddi journey at the age of 14, specializing as a Left Corner Defender. Under the guidance of coach Somesh Maghade and with dedication and perseverance, Omraj honed his skills, with his signature move being the ankle hold. His admiration for kabaddi player Shubham Shinde, particularly for his expertise in ankle holds, further fuels Omraj's determination to excel in the sport.
