Sujal Raosaheb Pawar, born on October 7, 2004, in Nashik, Maharashtra, currently resides in Pandhurli, Nashik. His father, Raosaheb, works as a farmer, while his mother, Arti, takes care of their home. Growing up alongside his elder sister Supriya and younger sisters Mansi and Sayli, Sujal discovered his passion for kabaddi at the age of 12, inspired by the local players in his village. Specializing as a Right Raider, Sujal possesses exceptional speed and agility, with his signature move being the Running Hand Touch. Under the mentorship of coach Vishal Waje at Jai Hanuman Club, Pandhurli, Sujal hones his skills, drawing inspiration from Pro Kabaddi League player Akash Shinde, particularly admiring his bonus skills. Despite focusing on his education up to the 12th standard, Sujal's kabaddi journey is marked by notable achievements, including securing the Best Raider Award in selection tournaments. His recent representation at the Junior State Championship in 2024, Thane, signifies his growing prowess in the sport.
