Sanket Chaudhari

Sanket Sandipan Chaudhari, born on September 11, 2003, in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, is a talented kabaddi player representing the Beed District. Currently residing in Mira-Bhayandar, Mumbai, for his job as a Police Constable with the Mira Bhayandar Police since May 2023, Sanket's roots remain in Beed, where his parents, Sandipan and Surekha, reside. He shares a close bond with his younger brother, Saurabh, and younger sister, Sakshi, with Saurabh actively involved in playing kabaddi. Sanket's journey in kabaddi began at the age of 15, where he discovered his knack for raiding from the right flank. Known for his adeptness in executing Bonus points, Sanket's gameplay is shaped under the guidance of Coach Kailash Jagdale at the Dhas Dada Sports Club in Ashti, Beed. Inspired by the flexibility of renowned kabaddi player Akash Shinde, Sanket aspires to emulate his idol's agility and flexibility on the kabaddi mat. Throughout his kabaddi career, Sanket has achieved notable milestones, including representing Mumbai in the Under-17 School State tournaments in 2017 and 2018, where his team secured the Bronze medal. Additionally, he participated in the 2019 Junior State tournament held in Pune. One of Sanket's career highlights is his team's third-place finish in the Under-17 School State tournament in Mumbai, a feat that holds sentimental value as it ultimately led to his employment as a Police Constable. Beyond kabaddi, Sanket's favorite sports include the 100 meters sprint. While he doesn't actively engage in other sports, he dedicates his time and energy to excel in kabaddi and pursue his aspirations. With dreams of playing in the Pro Kabaddi League and aspiring to become a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DYSP), Sanket remains focused on his dual objectives of sporting excellence and a successful career in law enforcement.
