Samadhan More, born on November 19, 2003, in Aaptawne, Raigarh, Maharashtra, is a promising Kabaddi talent representing Raigad District in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Hailing from Aaptawna, Maharashtra, Samadhan comes from a supportive family background, with his father, Gajanan More, working as a farmer, and his mother, Geeta More, dedicated to homemaking. He shares his journey with his younger sister, Ruchita More, who doesn't play Kabaddi but provides unwavering support to her brother. Samadhan's affinity for Kabaddi began at the tender age of 5, showcasing his natural talent and enthusiasm for the sport. As an All-Rounder proficient in both the Right Corner and Left Raider positions, Samadhan's skill set is diverse, encompassing hand touch, bonus, back kick, dubki, running chain, and dive maneuvers, making him a formidable force on the Kabaddi mat. Under the mentorship of coach Omkar Pingle, Samadhan hones his craft on the local grounds in Raigarh, continuously striving to improve his game. Inspired by Kabaddi legend Pradeep Narwal, Samadhan admires Narwal's composure and cool-headedness, traits he seeks to emulate in his own gameplay. Having represented in Inter University West Zone tournaments, Samadhan's Kabaddi journey is marked by notable achievements, including being awarded the Best Raider in the Kamagar Trophy in Mumbai, showcasing his prowess and impact on the field. Outside of Kabaddi, Samadhan's interests include tennis ball cricket, although his focus remains primarily on excelling in Kabaddi. Currently pursuing a BSc in Chemistry, Samadhan harbors aspirations of competing in the Pro Kabaddi League and representing Maharashtra on the national stage, driven by his passion and dedication to the sport.
