Hailing from an agrarian background, Guddan's father, Vinod Kumar, is a hardworking farmer, and her mother, Sanjeevta, dedicates herself to homemaking. Amidst three elder brothers - Ankit, Raja, Rajan - and a younger sister, Swati, Guddan has carved her niche as a formidable force on the Kabaddi mat. Guddan's Kabaddi journey commenced at the age of 16, under the guidance of Coach Pawan Nain at the Nain Sports Academy in Bassi - Baghpat. Her original playing position as a Right Corner Defender is complemented by her standout skill - the Running Chain.
