Currently residing in Katwal, Sonipat, Palak stands out as a Left Raider, known for her adept Bonus moves. Her coaches, Sombir Malik and Neelam Sahu of Palam Sports Club, Delhi, have played pivotal roles in shaping her kabaddi prowess. Her achievements include gold at School Nationals in 2019, a silver at Junior Nationals in 2021, a gold at Khelo India Youth Games in 2022, and another gold at School Games in 2023. One of her standout moments was during a December 2023 A-grade local tournament in Tamil Nadu, where she played for Palam Sports Club. The intense match against West Bengal's railway team reached a thrilling conclusion with a Golden raid, resulting in victory for Palak's team. Beyond kabaddi, Palak harbors a love for Kho-Kho and athletics. Her favorite player, Pawan Sehrawat, inspires her with his raiding skills, jumps, and leadership qualities.
