Meet Krishan, a spirited young kabaddi player hailing from Kaithal, Haryana. Born on October 20, 2002, he grew up in a humble farming family, where the local kabaddi matches ignited his interest in the sport. Watching the agility and passion of village players, he knew he had to get involved. At just 14 years old, he took his first steps into the world of kabaddi, and it didn’t take long for him to carve out a place for himself. Krishan quickly gained recognition as an impressive Right Corner Defender, mainly thanks to his exquisite ankle hold, which has become his trademark move. His hard work led him to participate in prestigious tournaments like the Yuva Kabaddi Series and the Senior Nationals, where he proudly contributed to Haryana's gold medal victory in 2023. He also made a significant impact in the Pro Kabaddi League, playing two seasons with Delhi and clinching a championship in Season 8. While pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in his final year, Krishan dreams of donning the Indian jersey someday. With the unwavering support of his family—his elder sister Ritu and brothers Deepak and Pradyuman—he is determined to make a name for himself in the kabaddi world. The journey has just begun, and the road ahead is full of potential.
